Our grass-fed beef is raised on our family farm and fed 100% forage, a mix of perennial grasses and legumes. No grain, no antibiotics or hormones, no pesticides, just great tasting beef!  Good grass fed beef takes time, and as a result our animals graze for significantly longer than conventional-raised animals, between 24 and 30 months. This additional time allows the animals to ‘finish’ properly on grass, creating well-marbled and tender beef. All our grass-fed beef is dry aged for 14 days, cut, wrapped, and flash frozen in a local, family operated, government-inspected facility.  

We raise Galloway cattle, a very hardy and docile breed.  They consistently produce well marbled and delicious beef on 100% grass. Our herd of Galloways are rotationally grazed and moved to fresh pasture daily.  They are a pleasure to work with due to their gentle and docile nature.
