In order to produce the best quality meat on a pasture-based farm like ours, we prefer to harvest our animals during the grazing season, while the grass is lush and at its best for our livestock. As a result, we have more limited availability during the off season.
Currently, we have ground beef available by the pound, a few 30 lb beef boxes, and some whole roasting chickens at this time.
We are looking forward to spring “green up” and grazing our livestock again! We will keep you posted as more product comes available towards the end of spring.
