100% GRASS FED AND FINISHED BEEF (SOLD OUT FOR 2025)
There are three options for ordering beef:
Option 1: Mixed Quarter or Half: $9.25/lb*
It is a mix of steaks, roasts, stewing and ground beef from both front and hind quarters (also contains some soup bones). A Mixed Quarter is around 125 – 150 lbs hanging weight, which takes up approximately 4 cubic feet of freezer space. Organ meat is available upon request.
*Prices are based on hanging weights; there are losses based on aging shrink, trim, and deboning. Final weight of actual meat will be approximately 25% less than hanging weight.
Option 2: 30 lb Grass-fed Beef Box : $450
1 box contains 30lbs of frozen meat and will take up approximately 1 cubic foot of freezer space. Each box contains approximately:
- 7 lbs of steaks (~1″ thick)
- 2 x 3lb roasts
- 14-15 x 1lb pkg ground beef
- 2 x 1lb pkg stew beef
Option 3: Ground Beef: $12/lb. Available in 1 lb. packages.
100% GRASS FED AND FINISHED LAMB
Half lamb: $13/lb. A half lamb weighs approximately 25lbs. A half lamb includes a mix of loin chops, rack of lamb, stewing lamb, ground lamb, and one leg of lamb (bone-in). Organ meat is available on request.
PASTURED POULTRY
Whole Roasting Chickens: $7.00/lb. Chickens range in weight from approximately 3.5 – 5.5 lbs each. The cost includes the processing fee.
PASTURED PORK Limited cuts available:
- Honey Garlic Sausage (4pk) $12
- Breakfast Sausage (8pk) $12
- Pork Chops (2pk) $10
